1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged mobile cover, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
2. Wrong Product
In the rare event of receiving the wrong mobile cover, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly exchange the incorrect item with the correct one at no additional cost.
Please note:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage or wrong product.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Policy
